Porcupine Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup rice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard powder
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 T. vinegar
1/2 cup water

Mix ground beef and rice. Make meatballs. Place in small casserole dish or pan. Mix rest of ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve over rice.

From freezer: Defrost sauce and meatballs. Place in casserole dish or pan and bake as directed.
