Peach Torte

Cover bottom of large Pyrex dish with vanilla wafer crumbs

Mix: 1 pkg. of powdered sugar or 3 cups, with 1 cube of butter softened and 2 well-beaten eggs. Dot this mixture over vanilla wafers and spread it together covering the crumbs.

Slice about 6 fresh peaches and cover over the egg mixture.

Whip 1 pint of cream and spread over the peaches.

Sprinkle with more crumbs.  Chill for several hours.
