Banana Cake

 

11/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Butter

2 Eggs

4 Tbps Milk

2 Cup Flour

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Cup Mashed Bananas (about 3)

Nuts Optional

 

1 Tsp Baking Soda into 1/2 Cup Hot Water

Add to Cake Batter

Mix together and pour into greased cake pan

Bake 350 about 35 min

Frost with favorite Vanilla Frosting
