"No Peekie" Beef Stew

1 1/2 lb. stew meat
5 cubed carrots
5 cubed potatoes
2 chopped onions
1 qt. tomatoes
1 cup water
2 T. Worchestershire sauce
3 T. instant tapioca
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
Cover tightly and bake at 250 for 6 hours. Do not peek or stir.
