Cranberry Chicken

1 16 oz.can whole cranberry sauce (Ocean Spray brand is best)
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
3/4 16 oz. bottle French dressing
salt and pepper
6 to 8 chicken breasts

Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken breasts that have been cleaned and seasoned with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until sauce is bubbling in center. Serve over rice.

Yummy Chicken

8 pieces of chicken
8 pieces of bacon
Jar of dried Beef
½ pint sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon. Place in pan which has been layered with dried beef. Mix ½ pint of sour cream and can of mushroom soup. Cover chicken with mixture. Bake at 275 uncovered for 3 hours.

Wendy’s Chili

1 lb hamburger
14 oz tomato sauce
14 oz kidney beans w/ juice
14 oz pinto beans w/juice
½ c diced onion
¼ c green chili
¼ c celery
2 med tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbs chili powder
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 c water

Bring to a boil and simmer. Serve with corn bread.

Chicken Pepper Pot

2 (16oz)packages pepper stir fry
4 chicken breasts
1 can of tomato soup with garden herbs
1 T Worcestershire sauce
½ t garlic salt.

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or cook high for 1 hour and reduce to low for 1 hours. Serve over rice or noodles

Deep Dish Pizza Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1 15 oz can chunky Italian style tomato sauce
1 10 oz can refrigerated pizza crust
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese

Cook meat in skillet until browned. Add tomato sauce and cook until heated. Unroll pizza crust and press into bottom (of 9x13 sprayed with cooking spray) and halfway up sides. Top bottom of pizza crust with meat mixture. Bake uncovered at 425 for about 12 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes more.

Sweet and Sour Chicken - Crockpot

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed or whole
1 cup ketchup
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup brown sugar

Mix ketchup, vinegar and sugar. Pour over chicken. Freeze in bag. Bake in crock pot on low 6 hours or in oven at 350 for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice.

Chicken Roll

2 cups cooked and diced chicken
1 ½ cups diced ham
2 cups Swiss cheese
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 loaf frozen bread

Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Stir together chicken, ham, cheese, mushrooms. Roll out risen bread dough to fit in a jelly roll pan. Stuff with mixture and seal at the top. Bake at 350 until golden brown. Slice into pieces. Warm sauce and pour over each piece.

Roast Beef Sandwiches

1 rump roast
1 package of Italian seasoning (dry)
1 tsp fresh garlic

Cook in crock pot on low for 6 hours. Shred and put on rolls with Provolone. Can be dipped in au
jus.

Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken

Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can sprite
16 oz tomato sauce
1 onion
½ cup salsa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon butter

Chop and sauté onion in butter. Add all ingredients in greased slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Shred chicken and use for Quesadillas, on rolls for sandwiches, or in a taco salad. It is good on everything.

Bacon Breakfast Burritos

Bacon Breakfast Burritos

4 tortillas
8 eggs
1 cup of hash browns (frozen or fresh)
1 cup of cheese
½ cup salsa
Cooked/crumbled bacon to taste (about ½ cup)

Cook tortillas and put aside. Cook and scramble eggs with salt and pepper. Add salsa and hash browns. Last add the cheese and bacon. Place mixture in cooked tortilla and roll up. Wrap in foil and place in oven to warm at 300 for 20 min.

Mexican Casserole

1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chili
1-2 cups salsa
frozen or homemade burritos

Mix together put small amount on bottom to cover pan Place frozen or homemade burritos in the pan and cover with remaining sauce. Cook until bubbles about 30-40 minutes. Top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, olives, green onions, tortilla chips (all or none).

Lasagna

½ lb ground beef
¾ c water
2 cans marinara sauce
1tsp salt
½ package lasagna noodles (8 oz)
1c cottage cheese
12 oz cheese
¼ c parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Add water and Marinara Sauce and salt. Bring to boil. In baking dish layer hot sauce, uncooked Lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Top with a little cheese and parmesan.

To cook from frozen: Bake covered. Place on a cookie sheet (to catch spills) and bake for 2 hours at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle last layer of cheese on top. Let stand for 10 minutes.
