Defrost overnight
Heat up sauce, serve over spaghetti noodles.

Three Bean Casserole*

¾ c lima beans, cooked
2/3 c kidney beans, cooked
1 16 oz can pork and beans
2/3 lb beef
2 bacon strips
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c catsup
1/2 t minced onion
Cook lima and kidney beans according to package directions. Combine with pork and beans in a casserole dish. Brown meat in a skillet: drain fat. Remove meat. Cook bacon; drain fat. Crumble bacon. Add beef and bacon to beans. Stir together sugar, catsup, and onion. Pour over and gently mix. Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes.

Lemon Chicken*

Ingredients:
3 teaspoons dried thyme
3 teaspoons salt
3/8 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup lemon juice
3 pounds chicken, pieces
3 cups rice, uncooked

Directions: Mix all the spices and lemon juice in a bag. Add chicken pieces and freeze. When thawed, preheat oven to 450. Arrange chicken skin-side down in a baking dish treated with nonstick spray. Pour liquid over chicken. Bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken over, baste it. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and no longer pink when cut along the bone. Prepare rice according to package. Serve chicken over rice.

Made in Minutes Spaghetti*

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. mushrooms (or more)
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
28 oz. tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme

Brown ground beef with onions and garlic and then drain juice. Stir in tomatoes, paste, sugar, salt, basil and thyme. Add mushrooms and then simmer about 8 minutes or until thick and rich. Makes 6 cups.

Thaw frozen spaghetti sauce overnight in fridge, or in a microwaveable bowl in micro. Then bring to a simmer on stove. You can add a little water if you need to because it tends to be pretty thick.

shepherd's pie*

Shepherd's Pie
1 lb ground beef
1 can green beans
1 can corn
1 can tomato soup
mashed potatoes(I use 1 cup potato pearls from cannery)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 t SeasonAll
1/2 t pepper
1/2 c water

Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings, drain. Mix in soup, water, beans and corn.Prepare potatoes. Serve mixture on top or on the side.
