Chicken Puffs

PUFFS:

1 8 oz pkgs Pillsbury crescent rolls
5 chicken breasts (boil and cut into small pieces0

Cream together the following and add to cooked chicken:

8 oz cream cheese
½ cup margarine
Salt and Pepper as needed

*Put a couple of Tbsp of filling on each triangle roll.  Roll up roll to cover the chicken mixture.  Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.  Serve hot with gravy.

GRAVY:

1 can creamy chicken soup (Campbells)
½ cup chicken broth
2 T margarine (Optional)
(I also add the excess puff cream to the gravy J)



Cindi’s Carmel Popcorn

1 cup butter (2 cubes)
¾ cup brown sugar
4 cups of mini marshmallows
2 packages microwave popcorn

Pop popcorn and remove all kernels that haven’t popped.  Set aside.  Melt butter and sugar.  Add marshmallows and cook until barely melted.  Pour melted mixture onto popcorn.  Stir until evenly distributed….ENJOY J



Linda’s Lasagna

Lasagna is made in layers or steps followed below.  Begin with a 9x13 pan and add ingredients from 1-8.

1.      ½ large can of spaghetti sauce
2.    Dry Lasagna noodles (uncooked)
3.    Hamburger (pre-cooked)
4.   Sour cream/cottage cheese mix (1 average container each)
5.    Shredded Cheese
6.   More Lasagna noodles
7.     ½ can spaghetti sauce
8.    More cheese

Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour



THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

        1 cup brown sugar
        ¾ cup white sugar
        2 cubes butter or margarine
        2 eggs
        1 Tbsp vanilla
        3 ½ - 4 cups flour
        ¾ tsp salt
        1 tsp baking soda
        2  cups of chocolate chips

Cream sugars and butter together, add eggs, vanilla, and mix.  Stir in all other ingredients.  Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. 



Turtle Cheesecake

1 ¾ cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter of margarine melted
3 packages 8 oz each cream cheese softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup regular sugar
3 large eggs
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups (9oz) Semi-sweet chocolate chips (I use milk J)

Optional Toppers
2 Tbs of chocolate flavored syrup or melted fudge
2 Tbsp caramel
½ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Grease 9 inch spring form pan

Crust:
Combine crumbs and butter in a medium bowl.  Press onto bottom and up one inch of the pan.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl until smooth.  Add sugar, eggs, lime juice, and vanilla.  Beat until combined.  Microwave 1 ½ cup of chocolate chips in a medium microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute and stir.  Morsels may retain some of their shape.  If necessary microwave 10-15 second intervals stirring until chips are melted.  Stir in 2 cups of cheesecake batter into melted chips, mix well.  Alternately spoon batters onto the crust, Beginning and ending with yellow batter.  Bake for 1 hour and 10-15 minutes, or until edge is set and center moves slightly.  Cool in p an on a wire rack for 10 minutes.  Run knife around the edge of the cheesecake and cool completely (refrigerate).  Drizzle chocolate and caramel over the cheesecake.  Sprinkle with pecans and mini morsels.  Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.  Remove side of pan.  Makes 12-16 servings.
