Sunshine Pancakes

1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Flour
¼ Cup Butter (melted)
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Salt

Mix the sugar and egg together in blender.  Add remaining ingredients.  Cook and enjoy.


Cherry Chocolate Cake Brownies



1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 t almond extract
21 ounces cherry pie filling
2 eggs
1 C sugar
5 T butter
1/3 C milk
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix chocolate cake mix. Almond extract cherry pie filling and beaten eggs.  Beat until well blended. Pour into a 13 X 9 pan and bake 20-30 min.  Remove from oven and cool.
For the frosting bring sugar butter and milk to a boil.  Boil for about 1 min stirring constantly.  Remove from the heat and add chocolate chips.  Stir until the chocolate completely melts, then spread over the cooled brownie cake.  Cut into bars and serve
Cake Batter Ice Cream



 This tastes like Coldstones cake batter ice cream
    
Ingredients: 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2 1 cup whole milk 3/4 C sugar 1 t vanilla 3/4 cup cake mix, just the dry stuff out of the box.  



Mix all ingredients and put in an ice cream mixer.

Fudge  Bars


Cream together:      
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla

Add:    2 ½ Cups Flour
            3 Cups Quick Oats
            1 tsp. Soda
            1 tsp. Salt

Spread one half of the dough into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Filling:
            1 Package Chocolate Chips
            1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
            2 Tbls. Butter
            ½ tsp. Salt
            2 tsp. Vanilla

Pour filling over dough.  Crumble the remaining dough over filling.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cheese and Broccoli soup

4 C cubed potatoes
1 onion chopped
2 C sliced carrots
2 C chopped celery
3 C cut broccoli

Boil all veggies except broccoli in 2 C water for about 10 min.  Add the  broccoli and boil for about 5-10 more minutes—Do not drain the water

Soup Base
½ C margarine
3 T flour
2 C milk
1 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
1 t dry mustard
¼ t pepper
3 chicken flavored bouillon cubes

In a saucepan melt the margarine.  Stir in the four.  Add the milk and cook, stirring constantly until thick.  Add cheese and other ingredients.  Mix until smooth

Add to un-drained veggies and heat together—but don’t boil
