Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of sliced ham
4 slices of swiss cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 c sour cream
1 pkg dry stuffing mix with seasonings
In a 9 x 13 pan place chicken breast. Layer ham and cheese over breasts. Mix soup, milk and sour cream until smooth. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top (seasonings, too). Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked throughout. Frozen chicken can be used for this as well, just double cooking time.

Meat Loaf Mounds

Meat Loaf Mounds
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, diced small
2 eggs
2/3 C bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 t white pepper
1 Tbsp. worshcester sauce

Sauce:
2/3 C. brown sugar
1 C. Ketchup

In a large bowl combine hamburger, onion, eggs, bread crumbs and spices. With clean hands, work meat until well blended. Form into small loaves about 1 1/2 " x 2 1/2". Bake at 375 degrees, covered for 30 min. Remove from oven, cover each with sauce and bake for another 10-15 min.

Good Old Fashioned Spaghetti

1 lb hamburger
1 pkg spagetti sauce seasonings
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 sm onion diced
8 oz mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
1 TBSP. Italian Seasoning
1 bay leaf.

Brown hamburger, onion and mushroom until onions are translucent and hambuger is no longer pink. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, paste and seasonings. Simmer for 45 min to 1 hr. Serve over spagetti.

Chicken Melts

Chicken Melts:

1 can Chicken

1 sm can sliced olives

1/4 C. diced dill pickles

2 green onions sliced

1/4 C. mayo or miracle whip

4-5 English Muffins sliced

8-10 slices of Medium cheddar cheese

Combine chicken, olives, pickles, onions and mayo. Divide evenly among english muffins, and top with one slice of cheese. Grill or broil for 5 min until cheese is melted and chicken is heated through.

Italian Chicken

Italian Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg dry italian salad dressing mix
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk

In a crockpot cook chicken, seasoned with ilatian salad dressing mix. Cook for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender. Remove chicken and add cream cheese, milk and soup to broth. Heat until creamy. Add diced chicken back to crock pot. Serve over noodles or rice.
